The website has no form, no user account, no audience measurement tool and no advertising.

Two categories of data may be processed:

• Emails you send us: email address, name and message content. Purpose: to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a contract. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and Pangea Commodities’ legitimate interest in answering requests sent to it.
• The host’s technical logs: IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser. Purpose: security and proper operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

• Exchanges with prospects: three years from the last contact.
• Exchanges with customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
• Technical logs: according to the host’s policy, for a limited period.

Data is intended for Pangea Commodities. It may be processed by its technical processors: Google (email) and Cloudflare (website hosting). These providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States; such transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

The website sets no audience measurement or advertising cookies. The host may use cookies strictly necessary for the website’s security, which do not require consent.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@pancom.fr.
